With two of these systems, we won the Efficiency Project Award from the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
1. The implementation of the ClienTrackSM system, which is the core of our Customer Satisfaction research, in TAV lounges at 32 airports in 13 countries was awarded an incentive award in the SME category in 2019. That year, 181 organizations applied for the award. BAREM became one of the 14 organizations awarded.
2. EmployeeTrackSM, on the other hand, came first in the Micro and Small Business category with the satisfaction of 5,460 employees of İGA. The number of participating companies increased to 468 and BAREM was one of the 4 winners in different categories.
