Barem Quality Assurance

Barem has been emphasizing its commitment to quality on different platforms since the day it was founded and has been a quality pioneer in the Turkish market research sector. Besides its corporate culture, Barem has certified its quality on international platforms. The continuous quality approach that Barem has realized throughout history can be summarized as follows;

• EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) certificate "Competence in Excellence" 4-star (November 2006)
• ISO 20252 certificate “Marketing, Public Opinion, and Social Research” (May 2007)
• EFQM "National Quality Finalist" (November 2008)
• EFQM "Competence in Excellence" 5-star (January 2009)
• EFQM National Quality Achievement Award - SME Category Independent Organizations certificate (November 2010)
• GAB 02 TÜAD, Reliable Research Document (December 2012)
• ISO 10002 certificate “Customer Satisfaction Management” (November 2014)
• ISO 27001 certificate “Information Security Management” (February 2018)
Barem’s quality management system is regularly performed by independent auditors and evaluators provided by BSI and KalDer.

Barem Technology Assurance

Barem has developed the Barem Tracks family with both the quality assurance it provides, its 40 years of experience in research, and its experience in technology development over time. In this way, it has found the opportunity to provide services to its customers in different fields in the environments required by the age. The products developed in the fields of Customer, Employee, Visitor, Guest, and Citizen satisfaction have received and continue to receive certificates and awards in many fields. • Efficiency Project Award, SME Incentive Award, “LoungeTrack – Passenger Lounges Visitor Satisfaction Monitoring System” (November 2019)
• TÜR Certificate “EmployeeTrack – Employee Satisfaction Tracking System” (June 2021)
• TUR Certificate “CityTrack – Citizen Satisfaction Tracking System for Local Governments” (July 2021)
• Productivity Project Award, SME First Prize “EmployeeTrack – Employee Satisfaction Monitoring System” (December 2021)

We initiated our business in 1982, being one of the first 3 companies in the Turkish research sector. With our academic infrastructure, we have successfully carried our focus, which we define as "transmitting academic experience and approach to social and marketing research and being a quality leader", until today. In 2017, we added Research Technologies to our main field of activity, Marketing, and Social Research. We started to offer custom research solutions for our domestic and global customers.
